FAQS
Do you retouch photos? How many photos will I receive and when will I receive it?
We do edit and retouch the photos! Depending on which concept/packages you book, you will receive a total of 4-12 photos. You will get to pick the final photos after the shoot. Please allow up to 5 days to receive your final photos. There's an option to purchase all the raw, unedited photos (approximately 100-200 photos) for $150.
Are owners allowed in the photos?
Sorry, we currently only take pet photos! Please book a self portrait session if you'd like family photos.
Can I bring more than one pet?
Yes! Multiple pets are welcome (maximum 2). If bringing more than one pet, they must be photographed together during the session (they will not receive separate individual concepts unless an additional session is booked).
Does my pet need to be trained? What if my pet gets nervous or uncooperative?
Not at all! We do ask owners to help during the session, and it definitely helps if your pet knows basic commands like sit or stay. If your pet can’t sit still, we’ll still try our best—just keep in mind that results may vary. We allow time for your pet to adjust, take breaks if needed, and keep the environment calm and positive.
Are pets required to be vaccinated?
Yes. For everyone’s safety, all pets must be up to date on vaccinations and be free of fleas or contagious conditions.
Can I reschedule if my pet is sick?
Absolutely. If your pet is not feeling well, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule.
What should I bring to the session?
We recommend bringing:
