PROCESS
1. ARRIVAL
Arrive to the studio 5 minutes before your reservation to sign waivers and get ready. Our friendly staff will check you in and show you how to take photos. You can bring your own props for the photoshoot as needed.
2. SHOOT
Take an unlimited amount of photos with a clicker within your time limit. Upon request, our staff can assist with adjusting the camera orientation during the photoshoot. With each shots taken, you will receive live view feedback on a monitor.
3. RECEIVE
Depending on your package, take 10 minutes to select which ones you'd like to print. All digital files will be sent immediately after the shoot via Airdrop or Google Drive.
Do you retouch photos? When do I get my photos?
We do not retouch your photos. You will receive your photos unedited. We send them immediately via Airdrop or Google Drive.
Do babies and pets count?
Children under 2 are free. One pet included free (max 2 pets). Both does not count toward your package limit.
What's the difference between the 2 studios? Which studio should I book if I have a large group?
White Studio (maximum 10)
• Larger, open studio with more props
• White backdrop only
• Best for families and larger groups, and for those who need more space
• Ideal for classic, bright portraits
Color Studio (maximum 6)
• Smaller, cozy studio with less props
• Current Backdrops: white, cream, black, mocha, purple
• Best for individuals, couples, and small groups
• Great for vibrant or playful looks
We highly recommend large groups (more than 5) to book the white studio! Compared to the color studio, the white studio is more spacious with a wider backdrop and more props.
We can fit up to 6 in our color studio. But since it's a smaller studio, it will feel cramped.
Can I take half body and full body shots?
Yes! You can take both half body and full body shots in both our studios. Our patterned backdrops are half body only.
Which package do I book if I have 3 to 4 people?
Book a DUO package and add any additional people when you arrive ($20 each).
I just need photos for my pet or baby, which package do I book?
Book our SOLO Package. We have a 1-person minimum per session, but babies under 2 years old and 1 pet are included at no additional charge. You may bring up to 2 pets per session.
How will I receive my digital copies?
Digital copies (in JPEG format) will be sent immediately via Airdrop or Google Drive (valid for 7 days). You can purchase RAW formats for $25, but it must be requested before your session starts.
Can I bring extra people to help me?
You’re welcome to bring extra people to assist (as long as they’re not in the photos). They will not be charged.
Do you pause the timer for outfit changes?
Once the timer starts, we do not pause it for any reason! Please make sure you book enough time.
Can I take photos in landscape mode? Can you adjust the lighting?
You can only take photos in portrait mode! Our lighting is fixed, however we can make the photos look brighter or darker.
How can I book both studios?
You can only book one studio per package. Please book 2 sessions if you'd like to try out both.
Do you have any props for babies/young children?
Yes! We’ve got props for babies and young children that you can use during your session. They’ll be in the waiting area. Feel free to grab any that you'd like to use! Just a heads-up, we don’t have props for newborns since they’re more delicate. Here’s what’s available:
